In September I caught up with Alex and Damien, and their gorgeous little dog Henry, in the beautiful Ashridge Estate on the Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire border. I had met these guys at the Milton Keynes Wedding Show back in July, and they’d booked me then and there on the day! So it was lovely to get to know them a little better during a nice walk in the grounds of the beautiful Ashridge Estate.
I love it if my couples bring along their furry friends to engagement shoots and little Henry was so well behaved! Lots of couples I shoot are a bit nervous about their engagement shoot, and I totally understand – unless you’re a professional model it’s not a natural thing to have someone bobbing about taking photos of you! – but I try to help my couples feel chilled out and at ease. These two but these two were total naturals, and had lots of fun with cuddles and giggles. Alex and Damien are getting married in Leighton Buzzard next May and I can’t wait!
