My Top Five Instagram Posts This Month | Best Wedding Photos in June 2018

June has absolutely flown by for me – I think all parents say this, that time seems to pass by so much quicker when you have a little person to look after! I’ve been taking a break from shooting, but my hard work scheduling all my social media posts earlier in the year means that my Instagram has been kept up to date!

As always, I’ve collated my most popular posts for the month, which you can view below. Don’t forget to take a look at previous posts about my most popular Instagram images.

You can also head over to Instagram to follow me on there for lots more daily posts. Comment on or like your favourites, and they might even make their way to the next roundup of my most popular posts!

This gorgeous table setting was from Sophy and Julian’s London wedding at Morden Hall. I absolutely loved the copper touches to the decor on their special day, accompanied by foliage to add a touch of nature. The table layout was fab – the couple opted for long banqueting tables rather than round tables to sit their guests.

Sophy and Julian’s wedding was really elegant with modern touches. You can see my blog post on the day here.

Lucy and Victoria celebrated their first wedding anniversary in June, so I shared this photo from their big day on my Instagram. After the ceremony at Grendon Lakes, we took a stroll around the lovely grounds with their dogs for some portraits. They had a fabulous outdoor wedding at Grendon Lakes – you don’t get a sense of the setting in this image but it’s a lovely one!

I posted this shot from Katie and Richard’s wedding at the Henry Moore Foundation to accompany a blog post I wrote about what to do if it rains on your wedding day. It’s always a good idea to be prepared, even if the weather looks lovely, you can’t be too careful with the UK weather!

Another anniversary post in my top five this month – the lovely Becca and Russell celebrated their wedding at Hunton Park in Hertfordshire last year. The gardens at Hunton Park are gorgeous, but believe it or not, this shot was taken by a storage container I spotted in the grounds of the hotel. I love the strong colour of the backdrop, and it was perfect as the colour theme of the day was green!

Take a look at more shots from Becca and Russell’s big day here.

My top Instagram post for June was from Chloe and Sam’s engagement shoot in London. We spent a very sunny afternoon wandering around Brockwell Park, and the surrounding area. When I spotted this artwork on the shop’s shutters I couldn’t resist stopping for a few photos! Like many couples, Chloe and Sam were a bit worried about having their photos taken on the engagement shoot but they soon relaxed when they realised I wasn’t going to force them into any weird or awkward poses, it was all about them relaxing and being themselves. I love this shot of them having a giggle together! I recently wrote a blog post about why it’s a good idea to consider having a pre-wedding shoot – you can read more on this here.

Take a look at more from Chloe and Sam’s pre-wedding shoot online here. Their wedding will be coming to the blog soon too!
