In August I was invited along to shoot this beautiful wedding an a gorgeous country house in East Sussex. We began the morning with some shots of the bride and her best girls getting ready in her parents gorgeous home, where the wedding breakfast and reception was to take place later that day. As the marquee was all set up and ready in the back garden already, I was able to sneak out to get some lovely shots of all the lovely details. I was spoiled for choice – there were so many beautiful flowers and pretty things to photograph – it was a wedding photographer’s dream!
After a lovely ceremony (complete with bagpipes and a guard of honour from the groomsmen!) we headed back to the marquee where everyone was enjoying the sunshine, and then the wedding breakfast, speeches and the gin and whisky bar!
This was such a lovely wedding to photograph, with lots of laughs and some particularly impressive shapes being thrown on the dance floor late into the evening!
