Henry Moore Studios & Gardens

Wedding Photographer

If you’re looking for a truly unique wedding venue, then Henry Moore Studios & Gardens is certainly worth a look! Set in seventy acres of Hertfordshire countryside, this is a stunning and historic venue for so many reasons!

Henry Moore was one of the most important British artists of the twentieth century and is well known across the world for his stunning bronze sculptures, which can be seen around the world. Many of them reside at the Henry Moore Studios & Gardens, in Perry Green near Much Hadham in Hertfordshire.

The stunning sculptures in the gardens are the backdrop for weddings, which take place in the stunning 16th century timbered aisled barn, with walls covered in priceless Henry Moore tapestries.  For your wedding reception, there are many options depending on number of guests and the style of reception you’re having.

You have the choice of an elegant marquee or a rustic tipi, overlooking some fabulous artworks. Dancing usually takes place in the aisled barn, where you can dance the night away with your friends and family.

This venue really is a photographer’s dream, with incredible modern art nestled amongst the rustic countryside, fields of sheep, and woodland walks. Henry Moore Studios & Gardens only take on a relatively small number of weddings each year, so if you’re planning to celebrate your big day here, I’d love to hear from you to chat about your photography!
