Hertfordshire Portrait Photographer
Earlier this year my friend Oleesha asked me to take some portraits of her. As a Hertfordshire Portrait photographer I love portrait sessions. She was keen to update the photos of her on her website, so I was happy to oblige! The day before I had taken a chilly walk around the local area to find some suitable locations for the shoot. The weather was miserable on my recce, so I was pleased when the sun came out on the day!
Oleesha arrived in the morning and we headed out straight away. She had asked me for something a little different, something a bit industrial and urban. The location we found on a local industrial estate was perfect! I loved the stacks of palettes, and the rusty skips. Not what you might think of immediately for a nice location for portraits, but certainly did the job! The sun beamed down as I put Oleesha through her paces, with some incredible winter light. Once we’d made lots of shots and we were getting a bit chilly, we headed home for a cuppa and to look through the shots.
Oleesha looks amazing in her photos, and she was an excellent subject to photograph. It was really nice to work with someone who gets as excited about nice light as I do! I was really pleased with the images we produced for her website. And I think she is too! You can check her website out here.
Thanks Oleesha for being an excellent model 🙂
