Laura and Tom’s Hertfordshire Pre-Wedding Shoot

Here’s another gorgeous pre-wedding shoot from last year. Laura and Tom were referred to me by another photographer who wasn’t available for their wedding day, and I’m so glad they came my way! They are such a fun loving couple and I had an absolute blast at their wedding, which you’ll be able to see more of on the blog in the coming weeks.

For now though, I wanted to share some shots from their sunny pre-wedding shoot which took place last July, just a month before their big day.

We caught up at one of my favourite spots for pre-wedding shoots and general wandering, Panshanger Park. I think they were both a little nervous, as many of my couples are in advance of their engagement shoots! But after chatting and getting to know each other a little more they eased right into it and all was well. I always tell my couples not to worry about feeling slightly awkward about their shoot. I know exactly how it feels, having been there myself! The absolute best thing you can do is just to relax as much as possible, and just to enjoy it – whether that’s having a nervous giggle with your other half, or being a bit silly – anything goes! You can see some more thoughts on pre-wedding shoots on my blog here.

So here are some of my favourite frames from Laura and Tom’s shoot! Check back soon to take a look at the shots from their Milling Barn wedding really soon!
