I took this image of Chloe and Will on their Engagement Shoot in the City of London. We’d spent a bit of time in and around the lovely St Dunstan’s in the East (go there if you’ve never been before, it’s a lovely little oasis of calm in the middle of the city). We were starting to have a bit more of an explore around to see what else would make for a good photo opportunity, when I spotted this awesome mirrored wall outside an office of some description. I really love taking photos around London, there are just so many cool spots for photos, and amazing backdrops waiting to be discovered!
It was a very chilly shoot, which I’ll no doubt be blogging at some point in the coming months. If you’re lucky I might even get it up before Chloe and Will’s wedding day in October!!

This is a shot taken from the amazing styled shoot that I was lucky enough to be a part of back in February, featuring a whole host of awesome local suppliers. This particular frame is of the stunning cake table set up, with a wonderful cake by La Belle Cake Company. The shoot took place at Little Lodge Farm Weddings in Thetford, and was inspired by powerful women, particularly Queen of the Iceni tribe, Boudica. We took inspiration from her and featured a luxe tribal edge to the shoot. It was amazing fun and was recently featured on Festival Brides too!
Be sure to check out the full blog post I did for this shoot, which you can do here.

This is one of my absolute favourite frames from Issy and Alistair’s gorgeous wintery wedding at Milling Barn last December. Issy had gone for an awesome bit of statement red lip as part of her gorgeous hair and make up. Of course, upon being pronounced husband and wife, the pair went in for a lovely smooch to celebrate, but Alistair was left with a bit of red lipstick of his own!
You can see more of this gorgeous wedding on my blog here.

Another of my favourite shots from 2017, and another from the ceremony! I captured the wedding of Chloe and Sam at the Union Club in Soho in September 2017, and it was great fun from start to finish! The couple were both super emotional and excited to be tying the knot, and Chloe is so expressive – there were so many moments like this during the ceremony, but this has to be one of my favourites. I also love the gorgeous light streaming in through the windows which light Chloe perfectly.
I was delighted to win a Wedaward for this image in their 30th Collection 🙂

When you book a wedding in March you don’t usually think ‘snow’! But the wedding of Mel and Rob at the gorgeous Offley Place in Hertfordshire landed right when we were all struck by the ‘Beast from the East’! I’d spent a long time keeping an eye on the weather forecast in the days leading up to the wedding, and even checking the council websites to see what their plans for gritting the roads were, as the snow was forecast to be heaviest on the Thursday and Friday before the couples Saturday wedding.
Despite some road closures the night before, I made it safely to the wedding, as did the majority of the wedding guests (save a couple who were snowed in down in Devon!). In fact, the weather was actually pretty perfect! A nice covering of snow which hadn’t melted meant Mel and Rob got some gorgeous snowy photos, and we even got a shot flurry of snow later in the evening which we made use of with some cool backlit photos. It was a fabulous wedding which I will definitely be sharing here on the blog later this year, so check back for more then!
So these were my top Instagram images in March! Which was your favourite?
