St Stephen’s in Belsize Park, North London, was the setting for this lovely wedding that I shot back in March. Because St Stephen’s has been deconsecrated as a church, the couple can get married in a lovely church setting with stunning architecture and beautiful stained glass windows that church weddings provide, but also have the whole place turned into a fabulous party venue for the evening reception!
This wedding was particularly special with a rather quirky theme – Star Wars! The bride and groom chose just the right balance of pretty details with quirky additions throughout the day – from walking out of the ceremony to the Star Wars theme, to a lightsaber duel on the dancefloor – to one of the most incredible cakes I’ve seen!
